The International Council on Archives (ICA) is excited to announce the winners of the virtual Archival Games 2024, organized by the ICA Section on Sport Archives (ICA/SPO) for the celebration of the IV International Seminar on Sports Archives which took place on Monday 30 September in Girona. This competition, launched in tandem with the 2024 Paris Olympics Games, celebrates the dynamic and vital role that archivists play in preserving our global heritage. Archivists from around the world participated, demonstrating their archival expertise in a series of challenges reflecting speed, endurance, teamwork, and creativity.
