Enfoque: Inclusión en archivos
Tendremos una charla informal sobre la inclusión en los archivos. ¿Qué significa el término para usted y sus archivos? ¿Cómo se entiende y aborda el tema de la inclusión, tanto formal como informalmente? ¿Qué han aprendido los archivos en el último tiempo al pensar en la inclusión en términos de adquisición, catalogación y descripción, acceso a materiales y otras áreas de práctica? ¿Cómo afectan la cultura institucional, la motivación personal y los cambios sociales y políticos más amplios en la práctica? Participe para reflexionar sobre estas y otras preguntas relacionadas, y por favor, no olvide traer sus propias experiencias, historias y enfoques para compartir.

Nota: Esta sesión se realizará en inglés. Aunque lamentablemente no se ofrece interpretación a otros idiomas, ¡los participantes pueden ayudarse a traducir entre sí! Es bastante informal.
Comunidad–Café–Cultures (CCC) se ha desarrollado a partir del grupo de lectura que fundamos en 2020. Nuestros objetivos para CCC son construir comunidad, aprender de las distintas culturas de práctica de todo el mundo y quizá tomar café (u otra bebida de elección). Esperamos que esto también sea una forma de fomentar la discusión y, quién sabe, incluso la colaboración. Elegimos temas y cuestiones para ver cómo los archivos de diferentes partes del mundo los entienden. Las discusiones no están estructuradas ni se limitan al tema durante estas reuniones.
