Ambitions for Online Services in City and Regional Archives
The ICA Section on Local Municipal and Territorial Archives are hosting a webinar in June 2021 on the development of online services in City and Regional Archives. The pace of these developments has changed during the global pandemic and the new challenges faced in maintaining contact with users and stakeholders often require innovative and creative solutions. There are many questions concerning the future of onsite services, the development of remote readerships and how digital presence and interaction can enrich the use of City archives.
We are looking for 4 or 5 speakers from within the SLMT community to form an online panel to share 15 minute presentations giving their perspective on challenges and proposed or implemented solutions. Questions and answers will be an important part in this, taking forward the discussion.
