The deadline to submit a proposal for the ICA Abu Dhabi 2023 is fast approaching! If you haven’t yet submitted a proposal, the deadline is Thursday 2 March 2023 at midnight (CET).
Submitting your Proposal
All submissions are to be made electronically via the ConfTool website. Instructions on how to submit are contained on the submission platform.
Depending on the type of submission you are planning to present, you will be asked to provide a short description of your proposal in no more than 500 characters with spaces. You will also need to provide an abstract of your proposal in no more than 2500 characters with spaces.
If you are proposing a workshop, it will be necessary to provide a description of your proposal in no more than 5000 characters with spaces and you will be asked to include goals and expected learning outcomes.
You won’t need to submit the full text of your presentation at this stage, and if you are planning to present with more than 2 authors, you would need to upload the biographical details of each author in a PDF file at the end of the submission form.
Moreover, specific details beyond this initial proposal submission, such as when to send final papers or poster sizes and format, will be provided once the proposal has been accepted.
