ICA Yaounde 2018 Memorandum of Understanding Media Pack
The Memorandum of Understanding’s signature ceremony took place Wednesday 9 May.
Professor Narcisse Mouelle Kombi, Minister of Arts and Culture, insisted in his speech on the governments involvement in this conference which underlines the arc hives modernization policy led by Cameroon.
On her part, the Secretary General highlighted ICA’s will to bring support, tools and expertise, to this nation-level project as well as to African States in general.
