Pacific Regional Branch

Formed in 1981, the Pacific Regional Branch of the International Council on Archives (PARBICA) is a professional organisation that comprises government archives, non-government archival institutions and associations, and individual members representing many nations, states and territories in the North and South Pacific.

PARBICA is one of thirteen branches of the International Council on Archives (ICA) covering the most diverse and largest geographic area.

Members are representative of the following countries:

Australia, Bermuda, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji Islands, French Polynesia, Kingdom of Tonga, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Republic of Kiribati, Republic of Nauru, Republic of Palau, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, United States of America, Vanuatu.
