This year’s International Seminar on Sports Archives of the ICA Section on Sport Archives (SPO) will take place in Girona, Spain. This event is scheduled for 30 September 2024 and will be organised with the support of the Diputació de Girona, the Girona City Council and the Generalitat de Catalunya.
For participating in this seminar, we invite proposals for creating a comprehensive experience summary on sport archives to be presented in a Word document format. The summary should span 2 pages in DIN A4 size, employing Arial font size 11, with a line spacing of 1.5. Additionally, inclusion of one or two illustrations to enhance the presentation of the content is encouraged.
The aim of this call is to compile engaging and informative summaries that encapsulate the essence of sport archives. We seek proposals that demonstrate a deep understanding of the subject matter and the ability to communicate it effectively to a diverse audience.
Proposals can be submitted in any of the following languages: English, French, Spanish, and Catalan.

- Proposal Length: 2 pages DIN A4
- Font: Arial, Size 11
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Inclusion of one or two illustrations is recommended
- Submission Deadline: 15 April 2024
