Vilde Ronge, Chair of SPA, and David Fricker, President of ICA, announced the winners of the three categories in The SPA Film Festival 2016 at the closing plenary session of the ICA International Congress in Seoul.
The Peoples Award has also been granted, following the online vote organized by the Norsk arkivråd.
