The new edition (2009) in Spanish of the report by Antonio Gonzales Quintana entitled "Archival policy for the defense of Human Rights" is available

This report (2009) is an update and extension of other sorts of research documents on the management of archives of the security services of former repressive regimes which was started in 1995 for UNESCO and the International Council on Archives by a group of international experts. The report will be translated into French and English.
