ICA-SUV 2020 ELECTIONS
We invite all members of the International Council on Archives Section on University and Research Institution Archives to participate in the 2020 ICA-SUV Bureau elections. The Nominating Committee consists of Anne-Flore Laloë (Nominating Committee Chair), Moira Rankin and Ángeles Moreno. Listed below are the candidates for the positions of Secretary and Ordinary Members (see Part A below); voting instructions (Part B); and a voting ballot (Part C).

ICA-SUV conference Bogotá 2020 cancelled
The Planning Committee of the Congress ‘Memory, human rights and good practice in university and research archives: different views, a single objective’ with regret informs colleagues, speakers and interested parties of the decision to cancel the event scheduled from September 29 to October 2 at the Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia). The decision has been made because of the public health emergency caused by the Covid-19 virus (Coronavirus) and the consequences of this in the short and medium term.

The Annual General Meeting of the ICA-SUV will be held on Thursday 4 October 2018 at the University of Salmanca in the Facultad de Traducción y Documentación from 5pm. 2018 ICA/SUV Conference‐XXIV Jornadas CAU Call for Proposals extended!
The 2018 SUV/CAU Conference Committee has extended the deadline for proposals until 28 February 2018.  The ICA/SUV is pleased to be working with the Conferencia De Archiveros Universitarios Españoles (CAU) to organize a joint conference from 3-5 October in Salamanca, Spain.

The 2018 Conference Committee invites you to submit proposals for the ICA/SUV 2018 Annual International Conference | XXIV Jornadas de la Conferencia de Archiveros Universitarios Españoles to be held between 3-5 October 2018 in Salamanca, Spain. The conference theme is “What Value do Historical Records in University Archives Add to Universities? / Los Documentos Históricos en los Archivos Universitarios, un Valor Añadido” and the conference languages are English and Spanish.  Proposals are invited on the following topics:
