The New Professionals Programme is calling for contributions! We want to include your perspectives, experiences, and ideas in the upcoming issues of our newsletter. Paris | 23 October 2025

As part of the New Professionals Programme, a global cohort of emerging professionals is paired with experienced mentors who share their knowledge and guidance. To begin these relationships in 2025, we invited the New Professionals to take part in an ice-breaker activity: writing a short introduction of their mentor. Paris I 10 September 2025

The ICA New Professionals Programme (NPP) is designed to support the next generation of leaders in records and archives management. Through a mentorship programme, experienced professionals from around the world share their expertise and insights with New Professionals, helping them navigate their careers and further develop their skills. With an exciting lineup of mentors from diverse backgrounds, this year’s mentorship cycle promises to foster growth, innovation, and connection within the global archival community.
